The Finisterre Heights neighborhood is conveniently located on the north end of Camano Island by taking the beautiful coastal road W North Camano Dr. Finisterre Heights sits perched up on a hill some 440 feet above sea level. Many of the homes in this area enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound, Utsalady Bay, Skagit Bay, Whidbey Island, and Mount Baker because of their proximity to the coastline and elevation above Camano’s northern shore.

The north side of Camano is easier to get off the Island for those who commute, and it’s closer to food and other amenities, such as Camano Commons, which has some great food and beverage options. Baked, Tapped, Camano Commons Bakery & Ice Cream is a popular destination for locals & visitors.
Brentwood, like much of Camano Island, is on Septic. The water source for the neighborhood is a community well, and it has an HOA with rules and regulations.
