My Take on Woodridge
Woodridge is situated in a convenient location within Bellevue, providing easy access to various amenities in both Seattle and Bellevue. Its very easy to hop on I-90 and head east for hikes in North Bend or hit the slopes at Snoqualmie. A significant portion of the local area has well-developed vegetation as a result of the era in which it was built. Perched on a hill, this location offers breathtaking vistas to the west. If one has an affinity for Mid-century homes, as I do, this location presents an excellent opportunity for exploration. Additionally, there exists possibility for remodeling inside the aforementioned properties, as several homes require updates such as electrical systems, roofing, siding, and other related improvements. I love a good remodel. Other places like Woodridge: Mercer Island, Lake Hills, Somerset.
